I’m Kevin, I’m in my 40s, 3 kids, a full time job and a keen walker, photographer and budding content creator. I have two YouTube channels, one dedicated to Wild Camping<\/a> and one dedicated to hiking<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I’m trying to share my love of walking, whether mountains, hills, canals, cycle routes, country parks, coastal paths and any other places you can think of. I have walked large parts of South Wales, including completing all of the hills in quite a few counties. I’m extending my walking range and stays outdoors with some wild camping and I want to share those experiences with you.<\/p>\n

I want to make the great outdoors as accessible as possible so I share all of my routes including places to park and I’ll be finding and sharing routes suitable for all ages and abilities. I’ve often got my now 8 month-old daughter with me, and sometimes my 9 year old is dragged along as well. There are lots of places in South Wales and beyond where you can take in amazing views from hills that don’t require much effort, I’ll be listing the best routes for all abilities here and on YouTube.<\/p>\n

I’ve walked thousands of miles in all weathers and learnt a lot about having the right gear to make walking and exploring as comfortable as possible. It doesn’t have to cost a fortune, so I’ll be giving honest reviews of some of my favourite gear and trying new stuff from a range of companies where possible so I can tell you if there are bargains to be had.<\/p>\n
