This circular walk starts at the top mountain car park, which means you have broad views from the start. It takes in a range of different paths and landscapes, from the semi-reclaimed industrial spoil tips to the narrow paths of the hill, one of the highest in South Wales as well in excess of 400m for large parts of this walk.
The views are broad, the paths are peaceful and the walking both challenging and gentle in equal parts. A recommended route, but be warned the steep section is steep.
