The walk starts and finishes at the Bryn Playing Fields, Pontllanfraith and keeps you as high as possible throughout, taking in the Buzzard views as you walk the lonely and beautiful ridgeways of the South Wales Valleys.
The route has been designed to be walked over 5 days and 5 legs. It can be walked Clock or anti-clockwise. The points of Interest below are in order of you walking it anti-clockwise, as are the 5 YouTube videos I made showcasing the route.
