A sister peak of Craig Cerrig-gleisiad, Fan Frynych is the same height and only a short distance from it. Whilst Craig Cerrig-gleisiad’s summit is indicated by a pile of stones, Fan Frynych has a proper trig point, painted white with a red Welsh dragon on it. Easily accessible from Storey Arms and only a short distance further on from Craig Cerrig-gleisiad it is well worth walking the extra distance to it and ticking off both of these mountains in one go.
