Nex Common is a 285m hill in Monmouthshire. Thickly forested and with no marker for the highest point it is an easy walk, but one largely without views.
The woodland walk is pleasant enough and you get some views from lower down, it can be quite muddy after rain so be aware of that.
I used GPS to locate what is supposedly the highest point, but it was all pretty indistinct with a number of lumps and bumps over what is a fairly large flat top.
You can get some views on the way down – following the route I took – but this is not a hill I would return to.
