This is a short and easy walk with good tarmac paths right until you get to the final turn up to the waterfall. The Waterfall is surprisingly impressive and adds an extra bit of interest to a walk that already takes in the lake at Parc Cwm Darran, a café and various bits of sculpture marking the old colliery site.
