This walk is going to be challenging for any walker, even with good levels of fitness. If you’re fit and used to walking up and down hills, you’ll find this an enjoyable challenge. If you have poor levels of fitness this one is going to be a long and hard slog and you might want to build up to it with some easier routes first.
